The first 12 years

The 4 Problems We Face

  1. Advisors who are 10/10 at the technical part of being an advisor but a 3/10 communicator will be seen as a 3/10 advisor by their prospects. And they’ll continue to lose to the better communicator. 
  2. The existing training for advisors is being taught by insurance/brokers selling products, using old-school techniques.
    Or by consultants who are not advisors and can’t test and adapt the strategies that actually work.
  3. Those previous methods are for transactional relationships and don’t help those advisors who need to communicate the value of an ongoing relationship.
